Jay's B-day Celebration!

Yesterday was Jay's 39th birthday. We went to the gravesite to visit with Jay and wish him a great birthday. We all miss him so much and wish he was here! We got to watch a video Kim and Jer made a while back with lots of Jay in it-It was so great to hear his voice again. The niece and nephew also came to wish Jay a wonderful birthday-which was really special.

Caitlin And Tory's Wedding

I know I am late putting these pics up but it was only last weekend!! (jodi haha) Anyway had a wonderful time in CA for Caitlin and Tory's wedding. The whole event was beautiful and I am so grateful for being able to make it there. The bed and breakfest was awesome and I got some much needed Aunt Jeana and Wryder time in as well. (Also much needed Amber and Tony Bagnulo time!!!)

Foxy and I visit North Beach

These are a few pics of North beach which isn't too far from me. It was really busy, but a really cool spot. We parked in the Lincoln Zoo parking lot which has a beautiful park that Foxy and I hung out in. It would have been nice to have my bathing suit on and some friends but all in all a good trip to check out the beach. The water wasn't too cold either!!!

Chicago!

So I have decided to join the blog bandwagon and document my time here in Chicago. As many of you know I have recently moved from Vegas to Chicago and so far I love it! My biggest anxiety is finding a teaching job, but if that doesn't work I will have to subsitute teach until I find a permanent position. I've moved into my new place and it is so cute, I love the neighborhood and the weather is so refreshing compared to the exhausting heat of Vegas! I know, I know wait til the winter Jeana it will be horrible. But I am choosing to live in the present and enjoy it now and bitch about the winter when that happens. Foxy and I have been exploring the city and he seems to love Chicago too:) I can't wait for you all to come visit me. Remember there is a lot to do here in the summer!!!
Anyway I am posting some pics of the new place and also pics of the terrible storm that hit us the first night here in Chicago (I hope the storm is not an indication of the rest of my time here!)
